I have been working with the SAP New GL for the last 2 years now. It is amazing how many collegues do not understand the entire concept, and are still using features of a Classic Ledger.
In Many instances, I see people turning on the Classic PCA functionality.
What were they thinking?

Can I run copa realignment for the first period of a new fiscal year, without changing the data posted in prior years eg derivation rules for profit centre changed after period 1 closed; data posted in period 1 needs realigning?
